Shipping Policy

For deliveries within India, all local taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.
For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. Monsoon will not be liable to pay for any such duties or taxes.
Shipping time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be a possibility where the designer may not be able to manufacture your pieces and/or dispatch the ordered product due to stock issues, or any other matter pertaining. In such scenario you will be offered full refund/store credit or any alternate option.
At times, orders might get delayed due to unavoidable circumstances and/or external factors. If your order is delayed by more then 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation, our team will reach out to check if you would still like to continue with the order.
In case of any return or exchange requested by the client, the shipping charge shall be borne by the client while sending back the product.
Return/Exchange is valid in certain cases only which can be availed only once per order.
